Deliveries to mainland France, Monaco and Andorra are free (requests for areas specifically difficult to access will be charged aspecial billing after estimation). For Overseas and International, shipping costs will be calculated according to the destination and weight of the package.
DivaBomb has chosen the Colissimo suivi service of the Post office for its domestic and international shippings. Colissimo suivi delivers within 48 hours maximum for metropolitan France, Monaco and Andorra and 4-8 days for Overseas and International.

For some items of the boutique, the delivery time may vary. In this case, the period is specified in the description of the concerned product.
Delivery is carried out either by direct delivery to the buyer, or by notice of readiness.
Delivery is made to the address you provided when ordering.
For any payment, the order will only be processed upon receipt and collecting the latter and the delivery time will run accordingly. Any potential risks are your responsibility from the date on which the goods ordered have left our premises.
All events, disregarding their nature, beyond the control of DivaBomb such as major force, disaster, strikes, administrative decision or stopping of transport, which would tend to delay, prevent and report the performance of the supply, constitute an express agreement for suspension or termination of obligations DivaBomb as it please, without compensation to the customer.
Transportation risks are to be endured by the customer, who must make a reasoned protest with the postal services or with the carrier within three working days after delivery.
